ASAP replacement in Telefónica - 2011/12
Physter has finalized delivery of the strategic project for Telefónica Czech Republic known as MetaSolv ASAP replacement. The old fixed line service provisioning system has been decommissioned and the functionality was fully integrated into Phoenix System which is the Physter´s product flagship and has been successfully employed in the customer´s environment since 2004. The project was contracted on fix time- fix price basis and the delivery hasn´t exceeded 3 month period.
APV EXK for Czech Social Security Administration
Physter Technology kicked - off the outsourcing project covering operation and development of the SW system operated by the Czech Social Security Administration which implements the agenda of executions. The portfolio of services includes activities securing following goals:
1. Implementation of priority requirements which are necessary for the secure operation of the system agenda,
2. Setting the operating environment enabling proactive system management and measurement of operational characteristics,
3. Setting up processes for ensuring the operation of the SW and their continuous evaluation.
The outsourcing project is carried out together with Atos Solutions and Services, s.r.o.
CRM for Provident Financial
At the beginning of 2010 Physter successfully passed the RFP held by Provident Financial, s.r.o. CR and SR for implementation of new CRM. The architecture of the application will be based on the Physter framework solution with customization tailored according to the customer’s specs. The delivery should be finalized in August 2010 and Physter proudly teams up with new client from the financial market segment.
